A guide to booking your classes

Booking your classes is all done online through the ’en Joy Dance Fitness website.

Before booking your first class, you’ll need to create a booking account. Click 'log in' in the top right corner on the desktop (or at the top of the mobile menu, which will pop up when clicking the 3 pink bars).


The log in screen has a link which says "New to this site? Sign up". Click on this to enter your contact details and provide your 'PAR-Q' information (this is to assess your 'physical activity readiness' and is required prior to booking any classes). You may be asked to verify your email address, so please double check it is entered correctly.




You have various options to book and pay for classes. You can choose the single session PAYG option (ideal for trying a class before committing to further sessions), or you can purchase a Class Pass or Membership. If you would like to purchase a Class Pass, view the options by selecting 'Class Passes' in the menu at the top of the website. Once purchased, you can then log back in whenever you want to book a class using your credits, until they expire.



You can browse classes in two ways; view all class styles and see their full descriptions by selecting 'Classes' from the menu at the top of the website, or you may find it easier to book using the 'Timetable' view, if you are looking for a class on a particular day. Just select 'book' and you will be taken to the checkout page.



Your name and email address should be pre-filled and if you have an active Class Pass or Membership, the Payment field will automatically select Class Pass. If not, the default option will be 'Pay now', or you can select a Class Pass to purchase via the dropdown menu. If booking multiple classes, select 'Add to cart' to select further sessions, or select 'Book Now' to check out.



If you have selected multiple sessions, click the pink shopping bag icon at the top of the website to view your cart and check out.


Please note, if you have individual session credits, or multiple Passes on your account, it may be best to book one class at a time, as the system can only take 'payment' from one Pass at a time.


If you are not booking with a Class Pass, you can pay by card via Wix Payments (click the 'checkout' button), or by Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.



To make future payments quicker, you have the choice to tick the 'save card details' checkbox at the checkout, or you can add a payment method in your booking account under 'My Wallet'. These are securely saved within the Wix bookings platform, 'en Joy Dance Fitness does not have access to these details.



You can view your upcoming (and past) bookings at any time in your account, by clicking on your name in the top right corner and selecting 'My Bookings'.


If you need to reschedule a class, you can move it to a future date, or if there is no suitable alternative date, you can cancel it by clicking the 'Manage' button next to the relevant class. Please note, you can only amend a booking if it's more than 24 hours before the class is due to start.


If you booked using a Class Pass, a cancelled session will automatically go back onto your pass for future use. If you paid for a single session, you will receive a session credit on your account (this is done manually, but usually within 24 hours).



You can view your Class Passes in your account area and see how many credits you have remaining and how long until they expire. Please note, passes will show as 'Active' until their expiry date, even if all credits have been used. Click the dropdown arrow next to your pass to check how many credits are left on it.



Once you're all set up on the website, you'll also receive an invitation to join us on the 'Fit by Wix' mobile app. While you can of course just continue booking through the website, the app is much quicker when you're booking multiple classes at the same time!


Troubleshooting


If you have any problems with booking, please try the following:


  • Go to your Cart and ensure there are no old/past classes still in there, only the ones you want to book now

  • Try booking just one session at a time

  • Try logging out and in again

  • Try using a different browser or device

  • Check the Wix support page for technical troubleshooting

  • If there's an error message, what does it say? (Send us a screenshot if possible)

  • Are you on the desktop site, the mobile site, or the Fit by Wix app?

  • Which internet browser are you using?
