"I joined with my friend nearly 3 years ago not knowing anyone. I started just doing 1 class now I’m hooked, I do 5 or more classes a week. When I started at 'en Joy I was not fit or in good shape and now my whole fitness has improved and shape and confidence. I love all the classes, but my absolute favourite are Broadway, Zumba, Zumba+Lift, Zumba Toning, Ballroom Boogie and Hoedown. Helen is a amazing instructor and always smiling. "Walking into a new exercise environment can and has previously been intimidating, but not here. Quiet positivity, warm but not overwhelming welcome, fantastic instructors who encourage but not judge, huge range of classes, lots of resources, absolutely the best class environment I have ever found, excited to go and feeling the benefit."

"en Joy Dance Fitness is such a welcoming and enjoyable class. Helen is an incredibly inclusive, understanding and encouraging instructor who makes everyone feel comfortable, regardless of ability. She's even allowed Misti to become the unofficial second instructor! The atmosphere is always friendly and supportive, with lots of encouragement and laughter. As someone with two left feet and absolutely no idea what I'm doing most of the time, I still keep turning up every week because it's so much fun. If you're looking for a fitness class that's enjoyable, welcoming and completely judgement-free, I'd highly recommend it. Proof that enthusiasm is far more important than coordination!"

"I am absolutely hooked! What a fabulous friendly group of women enjoying dancing together and having a laugh at the same time. The classes suit all abilities and there is such a great range at all times of the day. My personal faves are Zumba Shake and Bollywood Zumba. Everyone is so supportive and I have never enjoyed exercise like this before."
