Class Description
Join a Balance in Motion class at the 'en Joy dance fitness Otterbourne Studio! Balance in Motion combines the fluidity of dance with flowing yoga-inspired stretch sequences and held balances, invoking a sense of being in the moment. You’ll move through gentle but purposeful routines designed to improve posture, mobility, flexibility, core control and confidence in your balance — all set to a chilled modern playlist (think Ed Sheeran, Teddy Swims, James Bay vibes). And balance isn’t just physical. This class also gives you time to slow down, breathe, reset and find a little more mental balance too — helping you feel steadier in body and calmer in mind. Expect a mix of fluid movement, standing balances, mindful stretches and moments of stillness, helping you feel stronger, more centred and more connected to your body. This class is perfect if you want something softer than a workout but more active than a stretch class — a lovely way to move, breathe, unwind and leave feeling beautifully reset. Lift your spirit, boost your balance, feel calmer in your mind and more energised in your day. All fitness levels are very welcome to join this 35min class, no dance experience necessary. Booking in advance is currently essential as there will be a limited number of participants for your safety and comfort. Comfortable clothing and lightweight, flexible footwear (ballet shoes, jazz shoes or studio socks) or bare feet are most suitable for this class. Age suitability: This is an adult fitness class, ages 14-17 would be welcome alongside a participating adult, by purchasing the 'Parent Pass'. **BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. **BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CLASS TRANSFER AVAILABLE NO LATER THAN 24HRS BEFORE SESSION.** You may reschedule a session within your booking account, by logging in and selecting 'My Bookings' in the menu . If you cancel a class which was booked using a class pass or session credit, this will automatically be credited back to your pass for future use. If you paid for the session individually, a session credit will be manually applied to your booking account, usually within 24 hours. By booking a class, the participant agrees to the full terms and conditions listed at https://enjoydancefitness.co.uk/terms-and-conditions and confirms they have not been advised to refrain from exercise activities by a medical professional and that they assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur as a result of participation in any fitness class.
