Class Description

**THIS CLASS WILL RETURN SOON** Join a Barre Bounce class at 'en Joy Dance Fitness Studio in Otterbourne, Winchester | Close to Chandler’s Ford & Eastleigh ✓STRENGTH+RESISTANCE | ✓CARDIO | ✓LOW IMPACT | ✓BALANCE | ✓CORE | ✓LOWER BODY | | ✓FLOOR WORK | ✓EQUIPMENT PROVIDED | ✓BEGINNER-FRIENDLY | ✓REPS/INTERVALS FORMAT WHAT TO EXPECT: Barre Bounce is a great cardio and core workout on a mini trampoline... what could be more fun?! The rebounder becomes an elevated platform for deeper pliés, targeted glute activation, and dynamic balance challenges. Beginning with low intensity light cardio, the responsive trampoline surface helps to cushion impact on the joints and encourages us to brace the core and activate the glutes, in order to keep our balance. We then harness the elasticity of the rebounder surface to cradle us as we move into 'mat' work on the trampoline. FITNESS LEVEL / GOOD TO KNOW: All fitness levels are very welcome to join this 40min class, no experience necessary. This class uses fitness equipment. Guidance and options are given throughout, but as with any physical activity, there is always a small risk of injury. Please work at your own pace and let your instructor know before class if you have any injury, health condition or balance concern. Our 40" commercial studio rebounders are sturdy and can accommodate a user weight of up to 125kg. We have Barres for your reassurance, however we try not to rely on them too much while using the rebounders and work on being aware of the core and centre of gravity to improve balance. It is recommended you wear either light, flexible trainers or pumps for this class, to support your feet and ensure they remain in alignment with the ankles when bouncing, while still allowing a good range of movement. Age suitability: This is an adult fitness class, ages 14-17 would be welcome alongside a participating adult, by purchasing the 'Parent Pass'. BOOKING INFO: Booking in advance is essential as there will be a limited number of participants for your safety and comfort. **BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation Policy

**BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CLASS TRANSFER AVAILABLE NO LATER THAN 24HRS BEFORE SESSION.** You may reschedule a session within your booking account, by logging in and selecting 'My Bookings' in the menu . If you cancel a class which was booked using a class pass or session credit, this will automatically be credited back to your pass for future use. If you paid for the session individually, a session credit will be manually applied to your booking account, usually within 24 hours. By booking a class, the participant agrees to the full terms and conditions listed at https://enjoydancefitness.co.uk/terms-and-conditions and confirms they have not been advised to refrain from exercise activities by a medical professional and that they assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur as a result of participation in any fitness class.
