With dynamic kickboxing drills and cardio blasts designed to torch calories, sharpen agility, increase endurance and build lean muscle, Box-IT is a no-gloves, no-contact, fast-paced fitness session - just you (and the option of light hand weights for added resistance), your determination and the rhythm of an adrenaline-pumping playlist driving every move! FITNESS LEVEL / GOOD TO KNOW: All fitness levels are very welcome to join this 35min class, no experience necessary. Comfortable clothing and trainers are most suitable for this class. Age suitability: This is an adult fitness class, ages 14-17 would be welcome alongside a participating adult, by purchasing the 'Parent Pass'. **BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CLASS TRANSFER AVAILABLE NO LATER THAN 24HRS BEFORE SESSION.** You may reschedule a session within your booking account, by logging in and selecting 'My Bookings' in the menu . If you cancel a class which was booked using a class pass or session credit, this will automatically be credited back to your pass for future use. If you paid for the session individually, a session credit will be manually applied to your booking account, usually within 24 hours.
