Class Description

Join the Strong Girls' Club at at 'en Joy Dance Fitness Studio in Otterbourne, Winchester | Close to Chandler’s Ford & Eastleigh ✓STRENGTH+RESISTANCE | ✓WEIGHTS | ✓CORE | ✓LOWER BODY | ✓UPPER BODY | ✓EQUIPMENT PROVIDED | ✓REPS/INTERVALS FORMAT | ✓BEGINNER-FRIENDLY WHAT TO EXPECT: Welcome to the sisterhood where strength is celebrated, technique is championed, and every rep reminds you what you’re capable of. Strong Girls' Club is a progressive strength‑training workout using body bars, dumbbells, and kettlebells to help you build muscle, confidence, and unstoppable energy—one lift at a time. We focus on progressive loading, meaning you’ll gradually increase weight as your form, skill, and strength improve. No pressure, just smart, safe, empowering training that meets you exactly where you are and helps you level up week by week. Expect a mix of power moves and slow-burn sculpting, all delivered in a supportive, pressure-free environment. Perfect for beginners building their foundation and seasoned lifters chasing their next milestone. Come for the strength, stay for the sisterhood, leave feeling fierce. FITNESS LEVEL / GOOD TO KNOW: All fitness levels are very welcome to join this 35min class, no experience necessary. Weights (2kg upwards, to suit your own fitness level and experience with weight training) are provided, but you may wish to bring some anti-slip weight lifting gloves with a wrist strap for support. Comfortable clothing and trainers are most suitable for this class. Age suitability: This is an adult fitness class, ages 16-17 would be welcome alongside a participating adult, by purchasing the 'Parent Pass'. BOOKING INFO: Booking in advance is essential as there will be a limited number of participants for your safety and comfort. **BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation Policy

**BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CLASS TRANSFER AVAILABLE NO LATER THAN 24HRS BEFORE SESSION.** You may reschedule a session within your booking account, by logging in and selecting 'My Bookings' in the menu . If you cancel a class which was booked using a class pass or session credit, this will automatically be credited back to your pass for future use. If you paid for the session individually, a session credit will be manually applied to your booking account, usually within 24 hours. By booking a class, the participant agrees to the full terms and conditions listed at https://enjoydancefitness.co.uk/terms-and-conditions and confirms they have not been advised to refrain from exercise activities by a medical professional and that they assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur as a result of participation in any fitness class.
